A short and complete list — there are only three entries, and two of them need your permission.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website asks your browser to keep. Some are needed to make a site work; others, like ours, count visitors. Related technologies such as local storagedo much the same thing, so we list ours here too rather than hide behind the word “cookie”.
2. What this website sets
Nothing in the analytics row below exists in your browser until you press Accept on our cookie banner.

That is the complete list. We set no advertising cookies, no social media trackers, and no cross-site profiling of any kind.
3. The counter that sets nothing
Our host, Vercel, provides a privacy-friendly page-view counter that runs for every visitor. It is listed here for completeness: it stores nothing on your device, sets no cookie, uses no identifier, and cannot be traced back to you, which is why it needs no consent. It tells us only that a page was viewed.
4. Changing your mind
Press Cookie settings in the footer of any page. That deletes your stored answer and the Google Analytics cookies straight away, and brings the banner back so you can answer again. Declining is remembered just as firmly as accepting — we will not keep nagging you.
You can also, independently of us:
- block or delete cookies in your browser settings, per site or across the board;
- install Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, which blocks Google Analytics everywhere, not just here;
- use your browser’s private or incognito mode, which discards everything on exit.
Blocking cookies will not break this website. Nothing here needs a cookie to function — you may just see the banner again on your next visit.
